The L.A.S.E.R. method has been instrumental in my success, and I've also used it to inspire and coach others. During my time in the military, I was appointed as the training non-commissioned officer (NCO) for the communications platoon. Initially, I was hesitant, but I soon realized the importance of my role.

Teaching infantry Marines how to operate communication equipment was a critical task, as it was their lifeline in high-pressure situations. This experience sparked a mindset shift, and I discovered my passion for teaching. I learned how to capture and hold the attention of my students, ensuring they grasped the material.

Years later, as a Field Training Officer (FTO) for my police department, I had the privilege of developing new police officers and teaching them the skills they needed to succeed. Witnessing their growth and development was incredibly fulfilling. This experience inspired me to create this system, as I realized that the L.A.S.E.R. strategy had been instrumental in my success, even before I formalized it or gave it a name.

This strategy has been battle-tested in various high-stress situations, and it has consistently delivered results for me and others I trained.
